The Trust was established in 1998 to provide an enduring benefit for both present and future generations of students through the prudent development of a capital fund. Contributions to the Trust are invested securely and the interest earned is used to benefit the school. For further information contact the school office.
The Development Trust's strategic aim is to grow the capital fund in order to provide on-going financial support to allow the school to deliver excellence in the education it provides.
We are concerned not only with the well-being of the current students but for the generations to come as well.
The Development Trust is also focused on increasing the awareness of the Trust in the school and local community
The Development Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees, appointed by the RPS Board of Trustees. The trustees include one representative from the RPS Board of Trustees and one from the RPS PTA.
To accommodate a diverse community, individuals, families and
businesses can contribute to the Trust in a number if ways.
All families are encouraged to pledge an annual amount to the Trust.
'One -off' Contributions
Past pupils, friends, even grandparents may find this more suitable.
Regular automatic payment
Smaller, regular payments may be more suitable for some contributors. A form with bank details will be provided to you.
Sponsorship or advertising
For significant donations, the school will consider naming rights on particular facilities. Advertising on Trust informational material can also be negotiated.
You may include a donation to the Trust in your will. The Trust is happy to provide legal assistance to individuals considering this option.

It is with pleasure that I share the 2013 annual Chairperson report for THE DEVELOPMENT TRUST of Remuera Primary School.
The Development Trust is proud to have produced the 2012
RPS Cookbook. The cookbook was released in May in time for Mothers
Day. The project involved the entire school community as every
child was invited to submit a recipe that was included in the
cookbook. Additional copies are still available for purchase during
2012. Please complete and return the order form if you would like
to purchase a copy of the cookbook.
