Lockdown Exercise Complete

 

We have completed our lockdown exercise and all students, staff and persons on-site are safely accounted for. 

Everyone did extremely well and responded to instructions.  A notice will be going out to parents/caregivers tonight to provide some more information about our emergency lockdown procedures.

PTA - Steamed Buns and Jesters Pies - New Coordinators needed


   

We are sadly saying farewell at the end of this year to some key PTA members who have contributed their time over many years to the PTA, as their kids are graduating and moving on from RPS. 

This leaves a couple of vacancies in our lunch order fundraisers. We are on the hunt for two coordinators - one for Jesters Pies and one for Steamed Buns. It’s only 4 times a year - once a term and only for less than an hour on the day! And if you volunteer now, you can have a good handover with our current team next term!

PTA Jesters Pies or Steamed Buns Coordinator Duties

  • Confirm lunch order date with supplier (once a term on a Friday)
  • Confirm helpers for the day
  • Place order (steamed buns) / prepare order report in excel (Jesters Pies)
  • On the day - assemble orders into class groups for pick up and deliver to junior classes - approx 45 mins from 10:15 - 10:30
